More reasons to attend St. Mary's Spring Auction May 1st!

The Cruise is in!  Yes, St. Mary's is again offering the Holland America Cruise, worth at least $2000.

And, by special request, the following is a list of important dates for some of the dinners, sporting events, etc that will be offered for sale Saturday night.  It's a good idea to bring your calendars to the auction this year, because you won't want to miss some of these special events:

The Italian Dinner and Cooking Class for 6:  7/31/10 or 8/21/10
2 Tickets to "42nd Street" (Village Theater):  July 9-Aug 1
2 Tickets to "Gypsy King" (Village Theater):  4/30 - 5/23/10
Mariners tickets:  May 6th and September 2
Sounders Tickets:  Aug 8th
5 course Italian Dinner for 8:  Limited dates in July and August
Mariners Basket Tickets (live item, box seats):  May 20th
Maughan's dinner:  5/21, 6/5 or 6/11
Claypipe party for 6:  Sept. 11th or Sept. 18th
Summer Solstice Round Sing:  June 19th, 2010

Finally, the silent auction crew needs people to help set up the tables and goodies Friday night after 6 and Saturday morning after 8.  Please email Kathy at if you can make it.

DEADLINE FOR ITEMS IS APRIL 18TH 

This auction is the main annual fundraiser for our economically and culturally diverse parish.

We are in the process of collecting donations. We at St. Mary's have an abundance of talent and these are some examples of personal services (babysitting, house cleaning, cooking, etc) that can be donated.

**Forms are available for items and personal services at the back of the church.

**If you are approaching a business for a donation, there is a donation form and a procurement letter available at the back of the church.

St. Mary's is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Our tax I.D. number is 91-0567735.

EL ULTIMO DIA PARA DONAR ARTICULOS ES EL 8 DE ABRIL

Esta subasta es la principal función para recaudar fondos para nuestra parroquia que es diversa económicamente y culturalmente.

Estamos en el proceso de recaudar donaciones.  Nosotros en Sta. María tenemos una abundancia de talentos y estos son algunos ejemplos de servicios personales (cuidado de niños, limpieza de casa, cocinar, etc.) que pueden ser donadas.

**Las formas están disponible atrás en la Iglesia para artículo o servicio personal.

**Si usted le está pidiendo una donación de un negocio, hay una forma para la donación y una carta de Santa María pidiendo la donación (están en la parte de atrás de la Iglesia).
